Sati returns are allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for returns to be accepted. Sati accepts returns of opened tea if the product is defective.
Refund or Exchange: Returns may either result in a full refund or a product exchange, depending on the company's policy.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Sati is a small company and not able to take on the cost of return shipping.
